Shipping and Processing
All orders are processed on a nightly basis and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Customers may request faster processing. Additional charges will apply. Orders ship via FedEx and customers have the following choices of shipment: standard, 2nd day, and overnight. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped 2nd day or overnight; standard shipment is not available.
Orders and Payments
By creating an account, you have the ability to track and view all orders that have been placed through this website.
If you choose to checkout as a guest, you will still be able to track and view your order using your email address and order number. Please note, you will not be able to view previous orders or update your account information.
Orders can be pre-paid using Visa or Mastercard. This website also accepts orders from tax-exempt organizations. Please fill out required information upon checkout and either attach or fax in your tax-exempt certificate.
Return Policy
All Kindergarten Product is non-returnable. If you have any questions before you place the order, please contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance.
